NY Video is the world’s largest grassroots organization of web video entrepreneurs with over 3,200 members. We’re a peer group of startups, content producers, media companies and advertisers that meet monthly to showcase and discuss new products and emerging trends in web video. Each month selected members get 5 minutes to demo their products, followed by Q&A with the group. Casual networking happens before and after the product demos. Our goal is to bring the web video community closer together to help each other succeed by sharing our collective experience and contacts. The Internet is being re-thought and re-defined dramatically as the billion dollar businesses of video, tv and film thrust themselves onto IP pipes. NY Video members are at the epicenter of the revolution. As the technologies, services and business models of web video mature, we’re fortunate to have a front row seat here in NYC to not only watch but to directly impact the video-centric Internet revolution.

NY Video was founded in July of 2006 by web video entrepreneur Yaron Samid.
